EPCOR USA Ventures LLC (EPCOR USA) develops, owns, operates and maintains infrastructure systems to supply large energy consumers, municipalities, utilities, and industrial facilities with reliable sources of steam, electricity, water, and other infrastructure services. In addition to its own facilities, EPCOR USA also manages operations at five facilities owned by Primary Energy Recycling Corp (PERC). Overall, EPCOR USA operates 17 facilities in 7 states, delivering 1500 MW of electricity and 5700 kPPH of steam, in addition to hot water, chilled ammonia, and other utility services, to world class companies.
EPCOR USA uses a diverse range of fuel sources, including natural gas, coal, fuel oil, tire derived fuel (TDF), biomass, process off gas, blast furnace gas (BFG), waste heat, hydro and other renewable fuels. EPCOR USA specializes in utilizing combined heat and power (CHP) technology wherever possible to cost effectively generate steam and electricity, while minimizing our impact on the environment.
Our vision is to be the preferred supplier of on-site steam, electricity, and water treatment services for large industrial consumers and a significant contributor in satisfying America’s need for low emissions energy.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of EPCOR Power L.P., EPCOR USA is able to draw on the full complement of technical, financial, commercial, legal, and other resources available within the EPCOR family of companies, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
